Sven O. Milelli is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault's Business Law Group in Vancouver and a member of the firm's National Power Group. He advises Canadian, U.S., and international public and private companies, investors, and financial institutions on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity investments, project development, and corporate governance.

He regularly advises acquirers and targets on strategic M&A transactions, issuers and underwriters on public and private financings, and investors on growth-stage and private equity investments.

Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Sven was a senior associate with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, one of the world's leading international law firms. His experience in both Canada and the United States provides clients with a practical cross-border perspective and a deep understanding of the business and legal considerations affecting organizations operating in global markets.
