Mark Gustafson is General Counsel and Vice President, Corporate Services at the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, where he oversees legal services, enterprise risk management, internal audit, procurement, compliance, and human resources. He joined the port authority as legal counsel in 2011, later becoming General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Director of Legal Services before joining the executive team in 2021. Prior to the port authority, Mark practised law with Fasken and the City of Vancouver. He holds a law degree from the University of Victoria, a master’s degree in international business law from Vrije University in Amsterdam, and an Executive MBA from Queen’s University. Mark has also received several industry honours, including a Lexpert Rising Stars Award and recognition among B.C.’s leading general counsel.
