Graeme Austin is a Director, Legal at QuadReal Property Group, a global real estate investment, operating and development company headquartered in Vancouver that manages approximately $98.5 billion in assets. He advises QuadReal’s investment, development, asset management and portfolio management teams on domestic and international transactions, and supports the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary on Board and shareholder governance, securities and regulatory compliance. He also oversees QuadReal’s corporate services team, which manages ongoing maintenance of more than 1,000 legal entities globally.

Prior to joining QuadReal, Graeme was an associate in the Corporate, M&A and Securities group at Norton Rose Fulbright in Vancouver. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018. He previously served as Board Secretary of the Hoop-Law Society, which hosts an annual charity basketball event each year, and continues to play recreational basketball in his spare time.
