Fei Glassco is Director, Legal at Vancity, where she provides strategic legal advice across litigation, employment, privacy, regulatory compliance, and financial crime matters. A litigator at heart and a generalist by practice, Fei brings a practical, relationship-focused approach to complex problems, combining sound legal judgment with business pragmatism and a sense of humour.

Her career has taken her from private practice to senior in-house roles at HSBC Bank Canada, RBC, and Vancity. Highlights include supporting RBC’s $13.5 billion acquisition of HSBC Bank Canada and becoming the first in-house lawyer in Vancity’s 80-year history to independently conduct and win a summary trial.

Beyond her legal practice, Fei is passionate about mentorship and giving back to her community. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Immigrant Services Society of BC and as a principal for UBC Allard’s Corporate Counsel Externship Program. Fei was recognized as a 2023 Canadian General Counsel Awards Tomorrow’s Leader Excellence Awardee. Most recently, Vancity’s Legal Affairs Team was named 2026 Legal Team of the Year by Legal 500.
