Dori serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Finning International, where she leads the global legal team spanning Western Canada, South America, the UK and Ireland. She also serves as Compliance Officer. Dori works closely with the executive team and board of directors, driving legal compliance, strategy execution and governance leadership through her 25 years of experience in private practice and in-house counsel contexts. Prior to joining Finning, Dori spent ten years at QLT Inc., a then dual-listed Canadian biopharmaceutical company and SEC issuer, holding roles of increasing responsibility in legal, corporate governance, and business ethics and compliance, serving most recently as Senior Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary. She began her career at Blakes, a leading national law firm, where she practiced corporate and securities law in Vancouver, focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.

Dori earned her law degree from the University of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University.
