Based in Vancouver, Canada, Allison joined lululemon in 2019 as Employment Legal Counsel after leaving private practice.

She was promoted to Senior Legal Counsel in September 2022 and to Director, Legal in March 2025. In her current role, Allison leads lululemon’s dispute resolution function and advises global teams on alternative dispute resolution, litigation, and complex employment and compliance investigations. She oversees a legal team of six and partners closely with executives and the broader in-house legal team to provide strategic advice and counsel on disputes globally.

Allison’s litigation portfolio spans employment disputes, consumer claims, insurance matters, class actions, and organized retail crime. Her investigations practice includes complex, cross-border matters involving issues such as anti-bribery, harassment, and discrimination.

As lululemon has grown significantly, Allison has increasingly been called upon to advise on complex and novel matters involving unique legal, business, and reputational sensitivities, often across multiple jurisdictions.
